Ich habe bereits all meine Urlaubsklamotten eingepackt und wollte schon losfahren und habe mich mit meinen Kindern auf meinen Urlaub gefreut aber dann wurde meine Buchung einfach storniert und ich hatte für den Rest der Woche keinen Urlaub. Ich erwarte von dem verantwortlichen Dass er für meine Kosten aufkommt und für den Stress, den ich mir antun musste Eine Entschuldigung.
