Nobody around on arrival

This was a one night stay for a short visit to the region for family reasons. There was nobody around on arrival. The restaurant was closed.There was a handwritten message stuck to the inside of the window explaining how to get to our room. The key was in the door. I needed to use the Wi-Fi during my stay but wasn’t informed what the password was and there was nobody around to ask. On leaving the restaurant was open and there was somebody there to take the key. Service was very poor, but I guess you get what you pay for.

RĂ©servation de 2 nuits via expĂ©dia. ArrivĂ© sur place Ă  l’accueil on me dit qu’ils ont fait une erreur et qu’il n’ont pas pris en compte ma rĂ©servation (pourtant payĂ© d’avance). Par chance pour la premiĂšre nuit une chambre est libre je peux donc bĂ©nĂ©ficier d’une nuitĂ©e. Pour s’excuser on m’offre le petit dĂ©jeuner du lendemain et on me propose une chambre en travaux que je dĂ©cline car j’ai trouvĂ© un plan b. On me dit que le remboursement se fera automatiquement ayant rĂ©glĂ© via le site expĂ©dia. 15 jours plus tard pas de remboursement. Pour un hĂŽtel qui vient d’ouvrir pas trĂšs sĂ©rieux je ne recommande pas du tout.
