We were in room 133. It's a bit noisy and here are the reasons why. It's directly by the exit to go outside. The door opening and slamming shut could drive some people crazy. The room is also at the base of the stairwell. On Saturday after 6PM the stairs were heavily trafficked, so this could also drive some people crazy. We loved being close to the pool and we also enjoyed not needing to use the elevator. We would be ok staying in this room 133 again, but I know for sure others would not.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was definitely worth it. Everyone, even the very picky kid, enjoyed it. The location feels safe and is convenient to everything. Will be staying there again on my next visit.

Room was very nice, clean. Breakfast is not included. 12 dollars if you pay early. Desk clerk said it was a conferece hall so breakfast is better than other hotels. This did not prove to be. At 730 all food was gone and 30 mins before any replacement. I had to ask if they were going to put anything out. But hotel itself is very nice and quiet.

The Staff was very nice. the elevators broke over night and when we took the stair out, we ended up on the back side of the hotel. Some directions would have been helpful. Also the hallway never got vacuumed yesterday. There were potato chips someone dropped in our hallway that got ground into the carpets as the day wore on. Hotel seems to need some maintenance.
