This is a great ski and adventure hotel. It’s clean, big rooms, quiet despite its its size and gorgeous setting next to åre lake. Even the basic rooms are bigger than your average hotel in rest of Europe. I have been coming to this hotel with my 2 daughters ( now 13 and 15) for skiing and it is always a good option. It’s not ski in& ski out, lifts are either a 10 mins walk or ski buss right outside. Perfect for us tjough

Room was very warm and blackout curtains did not do their jobs properly : it seems the hotel is optimized for winter sports. Sauna was closed and usage of the pools - which is the reason we booked - were an extra SEK 250 per person. That should have been clearly indicated on the reservation page.

Stort hotell med ”allt” men lite slitet

Läget var väldigt fint intill vattnet och smidigt att det var så nära och enkelt att ta sig till tågstationen. Det fanns också allt man behövde i form av restauranger, bad mm i byggnaden. Mitt rum hade fin utsikt mot bergen, men det var lite slitet. Vissa lampor fungerade inte och duschtvålen tog slut för det var så lite kvar från början och den fylldes inte på när rummet städades.

Hotellet ligger fint til ved vannkanten. Anbefaler rom vendt mot vannet om sommeren. Hotellet er slitt og trenger en oppgradering, både rom og poolen. Men den ligger sentralt og mange aktiviteter tilbys.
