The girl at the front desk when checking in either needs an attitude adjustment asap or go find another job where she doesn’t have to deal with people. Very rude. Room was decent. Comfortable. Nothing fancy, just the typical cookie cutter rooms in a lot of today’s hotels. There was a casino attached but I didn’t go in. Breakfast was ok.

If the staff had not been dismissive, talked over me or to each other in another language, the booking under a different name could have been sorted without stressing out 2 tired travelers. Very unprofessional about resolving a difficulty. Never coming back here.

Old and dated property lacking any updates with small and worn out rooms and furniture. Elevator was extremely slow. Breakfast area was small and poorly maintained. To top it all off, because I had a truck, I got charged an extra $20 on top of the $40 for one night of parking in the same stall I would have had if I had a car. That’s a disgusting cash grab. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Really crappy crapper! The toilet was low and small. No support bars to help extricate yourself from an uncomfortable sitting position. Really need to install right height, elongated toilets for large seniors with wonky knees.

I was greeted with the friendliest staff at the front desk. They made me feel more than just welcome. the location is perfectly situated for travelling through the East Coast. I have stayed here in the past and will continue to do so. It is my go to place.
