The apartment features one bedroom, furnished with 1 queen bed, a large kitchen area with a comfortable extendable futon (double-sized bed while extended), bath with shower, video surveillance of the property for the safety of the guests, cipher door-lock, high speed wireless internet, continuous access to Netflix and Amazon Prime movies, HDMI connection available for your devices, washer-dryer in the building and pretty much everything you need to feel like home.
