Room location

Every time i book with hotels.com i get rooms at highest floor and furthest from elevator. I had a hip replacement and I don’t like the rooms they provide, a far walk and highest floor

I have always stayed here in the past, its gotten very rowdy, lots of partiers on the weekend, i only stayed here again because my family was here together. The loud guests and drunk casino patrons loses its original bougie appeal, not the overcrowded parking and rowdy drunken atmosphere makes ir very unappealing. If i still drank i wouldnt care, but traveling with young children and being tired from the mall shopping and waterpark, makes it very uncomfortable hearing dangerous people keep you up all night.

Bedding & towels are usually second to none

Great stay a per usual, however this was the 1st time I was a little disappointed in the bedding & towels. The towels are usually very soft but this time they were quite rough. The bedding as well is usually second to none, but this time the sheets were like covering up with paper! They were extremely stiff & not soft at all. I do hope with all the renovations going on they don't slip on the things they usually so wonderfully.

Way too expensive for what your get

For the price I paid i expected more. $300 got you a very small basic room. The hotel was FULL of kids. We went to relax and were looking forward to using the hot tub but every time we tried going there were 10 young kids in there and it was extremely loud. Called for makeup removal wipes and staff didn't know what that were. Took over half hour to find them. IDK, i definitely didn't get $300 worth.
