Airport shuttle was good and easy to find. Room was clean but the bathroom floor was very cold. Breakfast area was messy. Microwave in breakfast area was dirty inside. Garbage on ground by main door. Poor first impression!

Clean room esp. the Head of Housekeeping, all the Front Desk staff with Kandel being very patient and kind with me on things I did not understand. The manager listened as I miss home very much but had to stay one more week for work.They treated me like family.
