These rooms need a serious upgrade. For how expensive the rooms are they are not worth it. Toilet & shower is as old as my parents & the bed & pillows were so hard & uncomfortable. Worst sleep I ever had.

I was surprised and worried to find that my room overlooked a busy railway line, however the windows must have been well soundproofed, or perhaps it was because I was on the 6th floor, or both, but I wasn't bothered by the noise at all. I could hear the trains, but they didn't seem louder than a busy street, and I slept just fine.

Room was clean. The toilet u have to hold for 30 seconds to flush, otherwise it only flushes half way.

Staff was great. The rooms were a bit dated. Our room was non smoking but there was still a smell of smoke in the elevator and the hallways. I was trying to book a different Holiday Inn but got this one by accident.
