We enjoyed staying at the hotel but was quite surprised by the $50 early check in fee. When we booked the hotel in June we had mentioned possibly checking in earlier and they responded back with please call the day of arrival to see if we can accommodate, no mention of the early check in fee. Once our flight landed, we called the hotel to see if an early check in was possible and the front desk said yes, 1pm it would be ready, still no mention of the early check in fee. We arrived at the hotel around 9am to leave our bags and go site seeing and we were told our room was ready but again, no mention of an early check in fee. It wasn’t until we checked our credit card that we noticed the charge. Wasn’t impressed with the charge when no there was absolutely no mention of it, not even once, with all the times we communicated about an early check in. I felt sneaky and we weren’t impressed.

It was a great stay.staff were friendly and helpful. We went for a concert and it was a 10 min drive to do the park and ride at Stonegate mall. I would stay there again.
