Run down run of the mill

We came here for a buying show at the Expo center. We seen good reviews about this Hotel but sadly I think they are wrong. I honestly find it hard to say something good about the building iteself. The staff were nice and friendly but this place is run down. The beds were lumpy, the thermoststat didnt work and it was 28 degrees in the room. No housekeeping was done during the day. The place was just shabby.

My wife and I stayed overnight in connection with an event being held at the hotel. The price was good, as was the service and cleanliness, but the room was badly in need of a refresh. The bathroom, in particular, was in very poor shape. One of the elevators was not working, which meant long waits at times. Overall, just okay.

We have stayed here many times in the past in the main hotel. We were put in the other part of the hotel and the room was dirty. Floors had garbage on it and very very dirty. The sheets and blanket had blood stains on them. We called the front and they moved us to a different room but it wasnt much better than the first. We asked if we could stay in the main hotel and he said it was booked up so we had no choice. We ended up paying 140.44 for the room and 250 dollar deposit. Not worth the price and if i didnt have to catch the bus from this hotel we would have stayed elsewhere for the price. Lots of cheaper nicer hotels in the city but no choice. For this stay i give it 2 out of 10.

Would stay again.

It was an alright room, saying this because the beds were a bit hard & we didn't have a microwave. Super friendly staff, disappointed they dont have continental breakfast anymore. If you need a microwave im assuming youd have to ask for one to be delivered.

Stayed over Christmas 2024, staff were friendly as always. Only had breakfast (twice) but both times it was good, reasonably priced and quickly served. Only lament is not a lot of choices for breakfast. The property is dated, but still comfortable and a decent value.

We checked in for 1 night and got upgraded to a Deluxe King room. The room smelled nice, it was clean and temperature was just right. Bed was comfortable. Meals at the restaurant were good. Staff were very friendly and very helpful.
