Great stay

Very nice and comfortable hotel. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to comunicate with. The room was quiet and cozy and my family and I had a great rest there. Pets are allowed and welcomed, which is also a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Although the room was booked and paid in advance for the Concept Royal Hotel, I was told that there are no rooms available upon my arrival. So they moved us to a "sister" hotel (Point Rest Hotel or something like that) located near the Edine railroad station, in a construction zone filled with dust and noisy throughout the night. I did not get any sleep. The personnel at the new hotel reception desk did not want to provide extra key, which almost caused my medication (whihc needed refrigeration) to go bad because the key card controls electricity in the room and the refrigerator. The personnel did not speak any English and tried to argue with me... I would not recommend this hotel or the "sister hotel to anyone.

Arrived and reception very guarded went to room it was tiny photos are from various long angles there is more room in a caravan bedroom! 1 plug for everything! Settee next to bed so you had to climb on it to get in bed. Bathroom was ok shower door needs attention. No restaurant no one could be bothered they were watching football! Asked for ice packs to be frizen for husbands u sulky and they didn’t they left them fluid!!! Wouldn’t care I asked in Turkish! Breakfast was rubbish plated not buffet style as suggested on the booking site everything was hard obviously been stored uncovered in the fridge and was hard could eat the jam or honey too hard to use, Eggs boiled and green inside due to over cooking and this was 8am don’t start till 8? Asked for coffee and had to pay extra for that even tho free in the lobby. A total disaster would not recommend anyone with any sense to stay here. I booked on recommendations on hotels.com site all I can say is they are easily pleased my opinion rubbish next time will stay at usual Hilly hotel. Plus silver reward of free beverage was not honoured just laughed at the statement on the booking. Poor poor poor.

Biz kendi adımıza oldukça memnun kaldık. Temizlik düzen ulaşım otopark sorunsuz ve güzel. Sadece otel girişindeki anlamsız kare kocaman bir beton blok var ne için koyulduysa(otel resepsiyon görevlileriyle paylaştım) hem göz yoruyor hem de tekerlekli sandalyeyle girişi oldukça zorlar diye düşünüyorum. Edirneye ziyaret içün gideceklere otel tercihinde fazla aramayın direk consept royal edirne yazın ve konuma gidin derim.
