Early check in and late check out may be available at £15 per hour, subject to availability, with a latest time of 12:00 PM.

This cozy and spacious 3 bedroom lodge comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families or groups.

Bedroom one and two each feature two single beds.
Bedroom three includes a double bed.
The living room includes a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.
There are two bathrooms for added convenience.

Activities can be booked up to 12 weeks in advance. Swimming can be booked 4 weeks in advance. During peak and holiday periods, activities sell out quickly, so early booking is strongly recommended.

Minimum Stay

Minimum stay is three nights. Guests staying for one or two nights must still purchase a minimum three night play pass.

3 nights: Friday to Monday
4 nights: Monday to Friday
7 nights: Saturday to Saturday

Transit

Seton Sands Holiday Park
Links Road, Port Seton, EH32 0QF

By car: A1 to A198 Bankton Junction, then B6371 to B1348. The park is approximately 1 mile along on the right.
By public transport: Bus route 26 stops just outside the park and provides direct access to Edinburgh city centre. Longniddry train station is also nearby for easy rail access.

Notes

No smoking inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a £300 fee for odour removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

A separate short term rental agreement must be signed and a pre arrival form completed prior to your stay.

Please do not take towels to the pool. Any staining or damage will result in a £35 replacement charge per towel.
