The hotel is centrally located to pubs and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. As most everything in the the UK, the rooms are small, but still manageable.

The property was clean and easily fit two people. I liked the way the lights worked with the exception of the bathroom - those lights would be great to be separate. Otherwise a good stay!!

This is a perfectly good, basic, hotel -- perfect if you just want a clean and comfortable room to sleep & shower while you explore the city. "Superior" double room is a bit cozy/cramped for 2 people; room "refresh" is by request. Its location makes it very walkable (short walk from the Haymarket train station) if you're in town to explore. Wifi is included and good. Breakfast buffet was good, if carb-heavy; lunch/dinner extremely limited so you're better off at one of the many restaurants in the area. Overall: it's an interesting concept (minimalist but quality hotel: bright, clean, comfortable, safe, secure) and I'd be willing to stay here or at one of their other hotels again.

Air conditioning was terrible; we sweat all throughout the night. Min. 18C, felt like 26C. No room service any of the days we stayed. Bed was rather small in contrast to description.
