Wifi was virtually unusable - you needed to be on the balcony to get it. We had no towels in the room and there were no phones in the room to call reception to get some. Called on our mobile and it went to answer phone. Rooms are dated but the bed was comfortable.

Very welcoming & helpful proprietor. Room fairly basic, but adequate. Comfortable bed, but rather hard pillows and no spare pillows provided. Wifi available but chargeable. Lovely views and easy drive into town. Pleasant breakfast brought to the room.

Location short drive from center of Eden. Staff were helpful, friendly and eager to please. Just a short walk to the boardwalk around the lake which leads to the beach. The motel also has its own licensed restaurant where the food was good in front of an open fire.
