Welcome to our comfy, cozy home, perfect for your vacation getaway. Our home is located in the beautiful Odgen Valley. If your get away plans are centered around winter activities then you have hit the jackpot. There are three nearby ski resorts – Snowbasin (30 minutes drive), Powder Mountain (12 minutes drive), and Nordic Valley (8 minute drive).
There is also a bus stop just up the street that takes you straight to Powder Mountain, if you don’t want to worry about driving and parking. You are also minutes away from trails for snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice fishing on Pineview Reservoir, and of course snowmobiling. If your plans are during the summer and fall months, Pineview Reservoir is minutes away, which is great for boating, water skiing, kayaking and other water activities. Ogden Valley also has several nearby hiking and mountain biking trails that will provide beautiful views of the valley. We also have local rental companies for any of your adventure needs (skis, boats, side by sides, snowmobiles, etc.). If you are a golfer, Wolf Creek Resort is an 18-hole course that is minutes away.
At the end of your activity filled day you can visit one of the local restaurants, which are minutes away. There are more food and beverage options in Ogden, Utah which is only 30 minutes away. If you don’t feel like going out you can take advantage of our local grocery, state liquor, and convenience stores just minutes down the road then come home to use the kitchen and sit at your own dining table. There will be complimentary treats, snacks and coffee for your stay.
The home is three-levels with a bedroom and a full bathroom on each level. Each bedroom has a full-size bed with all the linens provided. Bathrooms will be stocked with towels, hand and bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and other essential items. The kitchen has a full-size oven, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, dishes and utensils necessary to make and serve your favorite meals. There are two TVs one in the living room and one in the loft each with Hulu TV. There are also streaming apps on each TV for you to use your own Netflix account or other favorite streaming service. Internet service is Verizon 5G.
There is parking for up to three vehicles, two in the driveway and one for a small vehicle in the single car garage. There are also a few visitor parking areas, but they are not always available.
For safety and security there is an electric door lock and garage door keypad that will be activated by your exclusive four-digit entrance code that will be given to you before you check in. The code will be deactivated when you check out. The garage door keypad also has a security camera that provides a view of the garage door and front porch. There are no other security cameras in the home.
