Staff and room were great. The problem is that the hallways are getting really run down and in urgent need of repair. A huge section of carpet had been torn up outside my room, but not yet replaced. The room next to mine had a piece of paper on it to show the room number. I really like this hotel, but the unrepaired damage is really affecting the tone of it.

Comfortable stay as expected, disappointing that the pub is not open on a Sunday night. Talking to members of staff its closed even when major sporting events are on. Definately missing out on revenue even on a normal night when people may want to have a beer while watching a game.

The breakfast buffet was served before the tables and the staff on the dinner rush weren’t attentive

breakfast wasn't included, had to go to the restaurant to eat, had a simple bacon & egg meal and the hash browns were over cooked. there was a broken piece in the tub and they moved me to another room, I had requested a ground floor room and was put on the 5th floor

The staff were very professional (not overly friendly or warm - but professional). The hotel is in need of renovations still beat up carpeting in rooms, etc.

Room was very old and had not been renovated in quite some time compared to other rooms in the hotel. The a/c was very old and not work properly and we could smell the chlorine from the pool. They need to renovate the rest of the rooms they have neglected and get better beds.
