The room smelled like smoke upon arrival; AC unit did not work at all; there was a cockroach that was running around the room. I would give 0 stars if possible and recommend to not stay at this place regardless of cost. Worst hotel in Sioux Falls

I have zero complaints about the room, the noise, the breakfast, cleanliness. Very happy with that. The shady hotels nearby is what worries me.

needles in the grass where your told is the only place you can have your dog, extremely intrusive house keeping, broken hot tub, clogged tub and bad water pressure, filthy room covered in someone else hair and what I’m assuming was food all over the walls, super outdated, stained sheets, windows probably never been wiped down, the iron table and blow dryer were covered in some kind of filth, walls would drip yellow, the carpets were super old and being in a pet room they desperately needed cleaned they were super stiff and crusty and I kept my shoes on. Oh and not to mention,when checking in I was given someone else’s room key and me and my dog literally walked in on other people in their room, but it was cheap thats the only good thing.

Great little hotel

This was just a quick trip to establish residency and didn't want to spend a ton on a hotel since we were only going to be there to sleep. Hotel and rooms were clean. Bathroom small but served it's purpose. Pool area looked clean but we didn't use. Staff very friendly and extremely accommodating.

The a/c did not work properly and had to keep unplugging and resetting . There was not a mole or co2 alarm in the room. It was removed /

This room was actually for my step daughter and a friend….they do volunteer work when our football team travels….we had a family emergency and the girls had to leave shortly after checking in! The staff and management were absolutely wonderful and understanding of our situation and allowed them to cancel. We will be future customers at this hotel! I think the staff and managers are great!
