We had exceptional customer service from the gentleman at the front desk, Noah Wade. Noah was attentive and very responsive, my kids were swimming and the towels were running low, I didnt notice immediately but Noah did, he brought them in without needing to be asked, all of this while he was obviously handling a busy front desk. I can appreciate his kindness and attention to detail. We also had a situation in which our keys were not working, he was more than willing to help. Noah truly made our stay an amazing one!

Not so good

This was the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed at. The floor had stains on it, shower curtain rods were broken. Hair in the bathtub stains on sheets, and stains on curtains. The staff could not keep up with towels for guests in rooms or pool area. The pool with slide was only bright spot!

Kids looked like they were having a great time in the pool. Had a hard time going to sleep, pretty noisy. Would have appreciated yogurt, hard boiled eggs, or other healthier options at breakfast. Apples and bananas were good.

Rooms were small for a 2 queen size room. They had only 2 towels for a family of 5, (which is why we had 2 queen size bed room) No coffee machine in the room, had to go were they supposedly had breakfast which was not much. Second day there 6 Sheriff and Marshalls came in for someone 2 doors down from us. 3 night people that were leaving the pool was banging on the doors at 11 P.M. Pool was cold. Desk people not very friendly.

The hotel images show a great waterslide, hence why we picked it. The waterslide was great! However, the rest of the property had lot to be desired. The rooms are old and outdated, the key cards had a hard time being read, and the continental breakfast was pretty sub-par. There was additional charges, such as paying extra for the water slide which was not pre-framed and for use of the rollaway in our room.

As i first arrived i got to my room to unlock it and find people in there. I have a bad back and had to walk all over to get a room back right where we came in. I didn't appreciate the kids in the hall on the first floor until 200 am. I came with my dogs and the noise in the hall for hours made them bark. Barely got any sleep. I never leave bad reviews but this stay was bad. We stay there every year for my daughter's bday and we are just very disappointed
