Parking was safe, well lit, and felt secure. All of the staff was professional, and friendly. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The only negative thing i could mention is we were in an acsessable room and the walkin/wheelchair accessable shower doesnt drain properly so it flooded the whole bathroom and it didnt have a exhaust fan so when i opened the shower it was full of steam and couldnt see anything which is how i found out the whole floor was flooded when i slipped and fell.

The room was is good condition although I don't believe it had been vacuumed because of large toenail clippings on the floor by the bed and the shelf by the bed hadn't been wiped off. Otherwise the staff was very friendly. And the rest of the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
