Wellll… for the price, the beds were clean, bathrooms were clean and the snow removal from the parking lot was prompt during and after a storm. However, no free breakfast either morning we were there (advertised on Expedia and told of it at check in??). The place needs some love for sure. It is literally showing its age a lot! But like i said its an inexpensive place to lay our heads while tending to local commitments.

The guy at the front desk had absolutely NO customer service manners whatsoever!! We felt like we were bothering him when we walked in. No good evening no welcome nothing!! Didn’t say anything about where the elevators are, ice machine, vending machine or even the fact that there’s no breakfast although it’s advertised online as breakfast available. He just had RBF on. To make it worse, We walked into a room that was freezing!! You’d think that whoever cleaned the room had common sense to leave some heating on for being in the middle of winter! We had to leave the coat on the kids. It took over an hour for the room to finally feel doable.

The front staff was didn’t have simple to it’s like making a room key right there they had to go the 3rd floor to get that done. The checking in process tools over 15 minutes there was no one else there. Also they don’t serve breakfast when it says it does, I wouldn’t trust it after all. Not a good idea 😖

I didn’t have high expectations for a budget hotel, but I do expect basic standards such as cleanliness, adequate towels, and minimal professionalism from staff. Unfortunately, this stay fell short in all of those areas. The room itself was unacceptable. The bathroom had moldy caulk and visible mold on the walls. Despite booking a room with two beds for two guests, only one bath towel was provided. When I requested an additional towel at the front desk, I was told they had run out. Lacking basic hygiene essentials is not reasonable, regardless of hotel price point. Cleanliness was a consistent issue throughout the stay. Trash from a previous guest was found underneath my bed, which strongly suggests the room had not been properly cleaned before check-in. In addition, a large cobweb near the elevator on the 3rd floor remained there the entire time we were at the hotel—further indicating that common areas are not being regularly or thoroughly maintained. The common areas—including the lobby and elevator—had a strong smell of smoke, making it unpleasant to move through the hotel. Staff interactions were also disappointing. There was no acknowledgment when entering or leaving the hotel, and front desk staff appeared disengaged, frequently slouched over and focused on their phones rather than attending to guests. Overall, this property failed to meet even the most basic expectations for comfort, cleanliness, and service. I would not stay here again.

Arrived at approximately 2:15 PM and there was no one at the front desk. I was told that the front desk was performing other duties as they were short-staffed. There were stains on the elevator floor. Some of the shower supplies were depleted so they instead provided random travel size products that felt like they might have been from the previous guests.

Parking and check in were easy. I was in East Windsor for a family event for New Year’s Eve and it was cold out. There is no temperature thermostat. It’s just “on” or off. There is a knob to adjust heat output, but sooner or later it will be either too hot or too cold. You literally have to keep getting up during the night, turning it off, or turning it on: either boiling hot and uncomfortably cold. This is the 21st century. It’s not rocket science to install a thermostat with a feedback loop to keep the temperature constant within 1-2 degrees of the desired setting. Thank you for listening.

They only made one bed when they came in a few times during our stay. Room had mold. Most people working there looked very sketchy.we would say hello and people just look at us. We had loss of $750 in gift-cards. The toilet in our room was unusable on our lest night. They gave us a plunger. We are older and my husband could not fix it. We asked to get moved and they gave us a new room but did not help us.The manager never called us to discuss our issues. Two dead bugs. Will not be back.
