The Space:
Welcome to our spacious premium 5-bedroom, 3000 sq ft home nestled in Marshal Creek, conveniently located near Shawnee and Bushkill. This stunning retreat offers a plethora of amenities, including a hot tub, sauna with breathtaking mountain views from the back deck, game room, and fire pit.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into a three-story layout featuring a large kitchen, dining area, and living room with floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the surrounding cliffs. Ascending to the second floor, you'll discover the master bedroom complete with its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy and comfort.

Descending to the second floor, you'll find the remaining four bedrooms, one equipped with a single queen bed, the other a king, one with a dual queen bed, and another with a twin day bed and twin pull-out option. A full bathroom complete this floor, with two of the bedrooms granting direct access to the back deck from the sauna.

On the ground floor, entertainment awaits in the game room, boasting a TV, full-sized pool table, two arcades, and a cozy wood stove for chilly evenings. Step outside through the ground floor doors to find the inviting hot tub nestled just beneath the deck, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Pool is closed as of September 18th 2024. Pool will reopen in the spring of 2025 sometime late April or early May.

Nestled on a very private wooded lot at the end of a cul-de-sac with few and far neighbors, this retreat offers tranquility and seclusion amidst nature's beauty. Whether you're seeking relaxation or excitement, our spacious home provides the ideal setting for a memorable getaway.

Other Things to Note:
Please note this house is located on the side of a mountain, there are small winding roads up and down. It is located in a residential community so there are people that come and go every day over the same route but for someone not familiar with the area it may be challenging at first. We strongly recommend you have a 4 wheel/AWD vehicle in Rainy and Snowy months and would not recommend travel to the house from Nov-March without it.

Views from Deck or Living Room may be obstructed as foliage grows on the trees in Spring and Summer.

Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like;
paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party. Once the complimentary essentials are done, guests are responsible to supply their own.

The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc. Personal grocery items such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc. are at the responsibility of the guests.
