Upstairs you’ll find four generously-appointed bedrooms (a master with a king, two guest rooms with queens and a fourth bedroom that includes a full + a twin-on-twin bunk bed). The top floor is finished with two full bathrooms, updated this year with new fixtures and marble tilework.
The location is perfect for easy summer living: walk across the street to the gourmet deli for sandwiches / drinks and take your picnic to Barnes Hole Beach (a 15-minute walk) or to Louse Point Town Beach (1.3 miles away). Just north of Amagansett’s village center, it’s a quick drive to shopping and dining in both East Hampton (10 minutes) and Montauk (20 minutes).
