Not great. It’s an old property, with old sagging beds, doors that didn’t fit in their frames, carpet stair treads that were peeling off, and no amenities. We had to wash the dishes and pans before we cooked breakfast as they didn’t seem clean enough to use. And there were minimal essentials in the kitchen; only salt and pepper (no sugar, no oil or oil spray) and only four coffee pods (plus a little regular coffee grounds).All the doors upstairs wouldn’t close without really pushing/slamming them. The mattresses were old and sagging in the middle (one was bad enough that someone decided to sleep on the couch instead of with his wife, since he kept rolling into her).Carpet treads/mats were coming off and sliding around on the stairs. It would have been easy to slip on one on the way down and hurt yourself. In the whole, it was not worth the money. And as a final annoyance, the security deposit was insane (1500!) and not returned for weeks after the rental.
