I have ci Been trying to c0montacted expedia about not staying there. This cabin is not much bigger than the bed. This was probably built in 50's to 60's and the door and windows didnt look safe. The bathroom stunk like urine desk help said i needed to contact expedia,which i have been trying.

I had a confirmation email from the hotel and a long text about checkin process. Then, on the day we were to arrive, the owner messaged me that they had an "overbooking problem" and I would have to find another hotel.... in Glacier National Park, on a weekend????

Listing for the property was misleading. Name was different than listed, breakfast advertised but we were told there were only limited options because it is being phased out, no Mountain View from our Mountain View cabin. Property was clean but run down. Mattresses were terrible, lamps with no bulbs, WiFi didn’t work.

We stayed in a rustic cabin that had typical amenities but was dated. Heating unit worked but did not control to a temperature. Our stay was good but the main complaint is that it was expensive for what we got. The host was nice.

Glacier's Two Medicine Inn stay

Communication wasn't great. It wasn't clear to me that the GPS location that was text messaged to me was for the business across the street and that the name of the motel was not up, that it had the previous motel's name sign. We were assigned a cabin and our ETA was pretty late due to construction during our road trip. We were told the keys would be waiting for us but we weren't explained how the lock to the cabin works. When we finally picked up the key from the front desk the next morning, we were given the incorrect key to our room. The WiFi felt more like consumer grade than for a business. It was spotty and couldn't get connected. We wanted to book a boat trip online but was unable to. We ended up checking out of the hotel a day early and the front desk team seemed more relieved we were checking out than trying to understand WHY we would check out a day early. Although this side of Glacier's National Park entrance is beautiful.

Do not go here!!!! Sleep in your car over staying here! We were desperate to have a shower and stay after traveling all day. Everything was booked until I found this hotel super late. I could hear banjos playing as we pulled into the parking lot. Should have turned around then. Filthy parking lot, dirty chairs and garbage all around property, then we checked in, the over charges us for our dogs (even though the sign stated a price) the room was super cold, carpets wet, couldn’t close the door to the bathroom because the toilet was in the way, lamp shades had gosh knows what on them, looked like it wasn’t vacuumed. Mirror had wipe marks on it, tub…don’t get me started. Couldn’t shower and hot water…none! Don’t stay. Run!!!!

Hotel was not what we booked. It was overbooked and we were sent to a “sister hotel” ..Dancing Bear. It was old and run down. Everything so close together you couldn’t drive between “cabins” and hotel. Abandoned building with busted out windows next to property. It was very dated with very old carpet. It appeared clean but other cabins had dogs coming in and out. With older carpeting it didn’t feel sanitary. It was not what was advertised Front desk girl kind and helpful. We asked for refund and didn’t stay. They were willing to do that.

The name of the property is East Glacier motel and Cabins. Not Two Medicine. The cabins are clean but kinda shabby. Some beds are very hard, others not so hard. Nice people, but the place is a little noisy.
Gap under door from inside the room. Also there were nailheads sticking out from the edge of the shower.

About an hour before we arrived I got a call from Noel asking when we would be arriving and that she would text me the address. We already had the address to Two Medicine Inn, I figured she wanted to be sure we had the right address. When we arrived at the address she had texted it was for Dancing Bears. It looked like a motel from the 1950s! I called Noel back and she said we were at the right place. No explanation as to why we were sent to Dancing Bears. Noel was very nice and friendly. No breakfast. She had grapes, coffee service , popped popcorn in a bowl and granola bars. Dancing Bears is very old and in need renovation and a good cleaning and painting. Not what we were expecting at all. Two Medicine Inn was listed as Exceptional, unfortunately we didn’t stay at an exceptional place. In fact it was very disappointing but it was late and we were tired from driving so we stayed. We felt like it was a bait and switch. There weren’t really any other places to stay at that time of night. The next day we tried to find Two Medicine Inn but we were unable to locate it at the address we were given. Dancing Bears was right in town and very close to Glacier NP entrance. Within walking distance of restaurants and general store. That was the only positive about the place. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there.

Terrible stay. There were so many flies in the room that we didn’t even want to sit in it. There was a crack around the door so big, I see why it’s full of flies. The room was so hot and we couldn’t open the windows because there are no screens and we didn’t want more flies. I went to the office at 845 am to get coffee since the room wasn’t even big enough to make 2 cups I brought my own coffee) and the office was locked! They were supposed to have breakfast but I couldn’t even get coffee. Why would your office be locked at 845 am? We just left the key on the ground in front of the door. And don’t plan on sleeping well because the beds are not comfortable and the pillows are paper thin. I understand they bought the place and are renovating, but they need to do the work before renting out, especially at that price. It’s not ready at all!

Main area was locked in the morning, so we couldn’t get the complimentary breakfast or return our key. I was supposed to get a $15 resort credit for VIP, but the check in person argued with me and didn’t honor it.

This was about a step above tent camping. The bed was small, old, and uncomfortable. The room light didn't work and the light on the bed was a bare florescent bulb that was a hazard. We took it out so we didn't accidentally hit it during the night. The fridge was hanging off the edge of the counter which looked dangerous. The coffee, creamer, and sugar was loose in condiment cups and we didnt even want to use it. The shower was so small you couldn't turn around and the faucet was taped together. The linens were threadbare. The property description is inaccurate on several things. It is about an hour from the East Glacier Park entrance. The milege is misleading if you are not familiar with the area
