You cannot beat this place in Woods hole for convenience to the ferry, price and great views of the ocean, comfortable and clean. Good beds. Has a pool alap. Older property yes but very well kept. Owner on property for any concerns or needs.

This place was in such a nice location. We were a 5-10 minute walk to woods hole little downtown area and the beach. The owners were lovely and our experience was very pleasant. Not a luxurious place if that’s what you’re looking for, but very comfortable and clean.

This place is very clean , the stuff is nice and ready to help you anytime you need ! This hotel is in walking distance from Woods Hole harbor and all the restaurants and boutiques . We have a wonderful stay and for sure will be back !

I worked with 4 different staff members & they were ALL over the top friendly & helpful! They had some great suggestions for local restaurants! They upgraded our room to a water view! It was so lovely to enjoy our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the harbor!

Had a wonderful 2 night stay. Comfortable beds and pillows. Room was clean. Only problem were the ants...some traps or peppermint oil could help with that problem. Would stay again.
