Exceeded our expectations. Very nice and helpful happy staff. Really pretty grounds. Not pretentious. Amazing clean pool. Gorgeous beach. Good restaurant w fair prices and great service. Massages at spa were fantastic and not crazy prices. We were in area for a couple of weeks for a sail and exploring. This was a 3 day stop for us and we’re so glad we did it. Kudos to WLB staff.

We loved this property! The beach couldn’t be more perfect. Soft sand on gorgeous private beach. The water was clear and the perfect temperature. This is the best beach on the island. The cabanas were so comfortable and private. The beds comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The food was overpriced for what you got.

Staff was there to do a job….period. It was obvious that the standard 15% service charge on every tab was sufficient. Nobody went out of their way to provide exceptional service. Not friendly; they did the bare minimum. Very disappointing.

The room was good but the wifi was not working properly. The staff was quick to respond to many issues. Such as , the safe did not work. One had to ask for a key to the very small gym each day which made no sense. My wife wanted shampoo but was not provide. In our three days there, could not speak the Manager. Never there? However , did speak to the supervisor. The restaurant was very good and staff were friendly. The pool was large and enjoyed the swim. However, the resort looks tired. I am surprised that Expedia shows a 4.5 star.
