The only problem we had was a plumbing issue….the bathtub leaked water all over the bathroom, foyer, closet floors and also a small area by the bed. We were unable to use the tub or shower for the remainder of our 2 day stay. Your front reception desk staff member, Sarah did a great job in helping us with the entire situation and even offered the second night free of charge. Excellent response! Thanks, Sarah! Mark Gould

I was so blessed by my stay at Hampton Inn Easley. Chance at the front desk was such a gift, and provided incredible service. So professional, responsive, and considerate of all hotel guests.
