20’ X 20’ Newly refurbished studio apartment above detached garage for a romantic getaway, 1 child families, Girls’ Weekend or just one person who wants some peace and quiet! Walk down the steps and this view is what you see. Grab a couple of chairs and enjoy the best sunsets in the world! Walking distance to three beaches. Public beach (general admission but free parking if want to drive 1 minute), marina beach (shorter walk but can’t drive there), or closer walk to secluded beach. Short driving distance to some of the best towns to explore on Upper Bay – Chesapeake City (15 minutes), Northeast (.5 hour), Chestertown (.5 hour), Rock Hall ( 45 minutes), Saint Michaels ( I hour). Annapolis is a scenic one hour drive. Check out a different town or two each day! 3 WINERIES ARE 15 MINUTES OR LESS AWAY. Great hiking. Local restaurant in beach for great comfort food or just a drink is walking distance from property. Other restaurants are 15 minutes away. Amenities include: parking for one vehicle, free Wi-Fi, access to outside shower, central air, beach chairs to watch sunsets, towels, sheets, cooler, free bags of ice etc. 2 Night minimum, have to be over 25 years of age, no smoking, no pets.
