Sosterhus is a stunning Perch Lake waterfront house in Oneida County featuring a wooded up north get away experience for relaxing, fishing, swimming, kayaking, and shopping. Includes free WIFI/internet, TV, game area, washing machine and dryer, central air conditioning, kayaks, deck view overlooking Perch Lake and group campfire area. Close access to the Chain of Lakes, Three Lakes, and Eagle River for boating and shopping as well as fall and winter recreational activities. Location is on a quiet, private 35 acre lake with direct access to the waterfront.
Privacy and Technology Policy: House includes additional security including remote keyless entry, video doorbell in case of trouble getting in. The driveway has a motion sensing flood light and camera to support late night check-in. Mechanical room in basement is generally considered off limits unless in contact with host.
