There is also a more informal dining area with seating for 8 guests, full tableware and serving settings are provided for up to 48 people.

The carriage house is conveniently located directly behind the main house, with two bedrooms, one bath and sleeping accommodations for 6 guests. The bedrooms include one King bed and two full beds. The house has been fully remodeled to provide a cozy, modern kitchen and living room area. Guests can take advantage of the privacy or cook on their own and enjoy a quiet night on Catfish Lake.

On the southern side of the property, Indian Point Cottage is tucked into the pine tree canopy. This newly renovated house overlooks the Tennis court at Indian Point and is a short walk from the Main House. The two bedroom, single bath residence provides a King sized bed and two full beds with the ability to sleep up to 6. A full Kitchen and open concept floor plan provides a great view of custom stone fireplace, sure to keep everyone warm in the winter.

The estate grounds include a boat house with an upper level game room, a private lookout over the lake and a full sized tennis court. An outdoor fire pit and grilling area are also located next to the main house among the meticulously groomed yard.
