Apartment recently renovated with all new equipment and furnishings. inside it looks like the photos. Nice size balcony which even in March had sun on it during the day. As the apartment is newly renovated some of the items advertised were missing - there was no hairdryer, cookware, toaster, kettle or coffee maker or coathangers in the wardrobes. Wifi was fast and the TV had all the apps for streaming. The outside of the apartment lets it down. The check in details did not include the floor or door number, i walked up the stairs until i saw a PKHost sign by a door on the 6th floor and guessed it was the apartment, but the stairs were very dirty with litter and made the apartment block appear derelict. Agency responded quickly when notified that there were no towels in the apartment - and arranged ro towels to be delivered. location is great, 1 block to the beach, cafe on the corner, bus stop into Durres town is a minute walk. The bus goes to the bus station where you can pick up a bus to Tirana airport or Tirana.
