The location is nice, close to town and shopping. I checked in on a Friday and there was a leak in the shower, which was close to the bed., annoying! It was not addressed until Monday. The shower area really needed some deep cleaning as there was mold along the floor. The shears need to be replaced, there were holes in them. I was shocked that there was a $10.00 a night parking fee, they do list this but I missed seeing it on the listing. The room was nice just not a place I would stay again and I have been coming to Durango for 18 years.

TV hard to figure out.. Having to pay $10 a day to park a car in the lot is ridiculous $75 pet charge was also ridiculous. Other places charge under $30.
