My room was dirty, toliets dirty booger on wall, hair on floor couldnt even shower becuase there was mold and shower need regrouting. This place needs a upgrade/deep clean. Breakfast tables were dirty, walls were dirty,fireplace had a thick thing of dust, there was a paint can in the sink, by the juice machine and the juice machine tray wasnt even cleaned out. There was a dirty broom right next to the waffle maker. I will say the guy with the long beard at the desk has great customer service however.

Check in was great and staff was awesome. So that’s the good side. Once we go to the room is where it went sideways. I always check certain things. Heater/ac filters dirty. Bathroom vent completely clogged. Next to the counter an entire tile missing, with sharp edges exposed (and I mean very sharp). When it came time to shower, room 344, bathroom tub drain clogged completely. Had to wait 30 minutes between showers to let it drain. Went to brush teeth, and OMG the smell that comes out of the sink drain once water goes into it. Dear gawd. And lastly, the heater was set to 71 degrees, we came back from dinner and it was at least 90. The thermostat is broken. For us to get it to turn off we had to put it at 60 degrees. (Yes power button worked but thermostat didn’t).

Front Desk was nice! We got into our room bed was wrinkled and had hairs all over it. Pillows were disheveled. Felt like room was not actually cleaned that beds were just remade after other clients visit. There was grainy stuff on our sheets. Black dog hair in bathroom. We just really felt like room was dirty.
