Great place in a beautiful spot that’s far enough from town to feel like you are in the mountains but close enough where it’s only a 10 minute drive. Loved the nespresso machine in the mornings and sitting on the porch. Climbed the mountain behind the house and hung out in the hot tub at night. Beds were super comfy, would stay here again!

Our hosts extended warmth and hospitality - when the hot tub broke down the day before we arrived, they gave us a couple options and wanted to make sure we were happy. Especially knowing it was our anniversary, they really tried to make our stay special. We had a great stay. The place is convenient to town but away from the busyness. Nice getaway!

Family of 7 stayed here for 7 nights. Plenty of space for all. We had a very nice time. House was very clean and description was right on. House is close to downtown, easy access for the train ride, ski resort, ice skating and the million dollar highway. Beautiful surroundings and very quiet. There was even great suprise for the kids on arrival. Great place to stay!

This property backs up to a majestic mountain side. It’s a few miles outside of town which provides for peace and quiet, but still allows a quick trip into town if needed. The master bedroom is upstairs away from the rest of the house. The bed was comfortable and the TV includes access to Netflix (an added bonus). The hot tub was great to have available at the end of the day’s adventures. The kitchen has the necessary items for meal preparation and includes a coffee corner with both pods and old school ground. Don’t forget to head north to the Mesa Verde National Park for some incredible sights.

I loved this house for our stay in Durango! I wanted to stay longer. My kids enjoyed all the games at the house. I loved how it was just outside the city but still close enough and there are some trails to explore right behind the house. Such a great house for a family to relax and have fun in Durango!

This is by far the best property we have stayed at! Super clean, comfy beds, awesome scavenger hunt for the kiddos, and amenities such as the hot tub and fire pit are great (also, tons of exploring behind the house).
