Walk to all downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment, or explore the nearby trails with 1000+ acres of City owned open space featuring mountain biking and hiking trails only minutes away. It is located immediately next to East by Southwest restaurant, one of Durango's finest, and only one block from the famous Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater.

Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options of the highest quality just a short walk out the front door. This Property features a high-end luxury finish with ash wood flooring throughout, 4K flat screen televisions in the living room and both bedrooms all with Roku and YouTubeTV, American Leather pull-out sleeper sofa with queen size Premier Mattress, fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking for two vehicles. Simply park your car and leave it there while you walk outside to enjoy all the Durango has to offer!

Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great location and excellent communication from property management. The apartment was spotless and well stocked. Our elderly mother found it difficult to get into the high bed in the small bedroom which was made more difficult by the nearest light being too far away from the bed, so it would have been nice to have a small lamp on the bedside table so she didn’t have to climb in the dark. Besides the bed issue, our stay was great!

It also started with the code to get in the unit. It was not complete. We were fortunate to run into the cleaning service and they explained what needed to be done. Next the smoke detector on the second night keep on beeping. Call maintenance and left a message. No response. Call again the next day and it was taken care of. Overall I would not recommend this to family or friends.

Great property and the dedicated covered parking is awesome! Only reason for 4 stars is the upstairs neighbors were loud when walking around and their kid ran laps back and forth from 6am untill 11pm (while we were inside)

The experience of staying at this unit was severely damaged by property manager using e-mail and text communication instead of phone to resolve security issues with both the condo and its parking garage. That combined with multiple access codes and keypads located where lighting is inadequate was not pleasant. One miniature ice cube tray, really? Very poor! Are unable to recommend VRC.

I Would Definitely Stay Here Again

Beautiful clean property in a great location. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and will be renting it again if we come back to the area. The only thing I would warn against is that the parking is a little tight so I wouldn’t recommend bringing a large vehicle.

Great location for town and Animas river trail

Very good walkable location to downtown shops and restaurants. Accurate description of the unit. Bigger than I expected. We had an issue with the fridge failing. After some aggressive complaining on our part, the manager brought in a new one in a fairly timely manner. I give them a big A for effort on this issue. Overall I would recommend this unit for people who want to be walkable close to most everything in downtown Durango.

Clean and close

This property was in a great location to enjoy Durango! Very easy walkability to shops and great restaurants. The master bedroom was extremely spacious, and the second bedroom was perfect for our daughter to have her own space. The kitchen had all equipment we needed to cook if we didn’t feel like eating out. The property managers were quick to respond via email and text with responses to questions. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

50th Anniversary

My husband and I brought my parents for their anniversary. The trip was to ride the Durango-Silverton Train. The location of our stay was fantastic, easy walking for my parents. Everything we needed for our stay was in the condo and we loved the decor. We only have two suggestions, WD-40 on all the doors and remove the footboard from the bed in the small bedroom. There is not enough room to go around the bed without banging your shin. We all went home with bruises. Other than that, we will book here on our next trip to Durango.
