This property is perfect if you are looking for a beautiful scenic stay in the mountains. It’s far enough away from the town that you feel secluded but close enough that you can still access groceries, food, or any activities that you are looking for. The host communicated with us and was easy to get a hold of. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. And will be looking to stay here in the future again.

Beautiful Loft
The loft was beautiful and very clean. The spiral staircase to get to the loft was a surprise but we were able to get all our luggage up. The location is perfect and offers lots of outdoor activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Durango Stay
The property is beautiful. The space was updated and lovely. However, you need to drive to wherever you want to go. Limited things on site, unless you like golf. We checked in just fine, however had some bumps afterwards.
1. The blankets in storage were dirty. Since we were limited with blankets the kids froze at night. We gave them our blanket the 2nd night. The only place to set up the air mattress was near the a/c. The 2nd night I tried to drag it away from the a/c, but it was still cold - even with adjusting the temp. If the blankets were clean it would not have been a big issue.
2. The couch folds out for sleeping. I would recommend for only a child under the age of 5.
3. The apartment had a coffee maker, but no coffee. Only apple cider was available.
4. When we arrived I wanted to do laundry right away. There is a sign for using an app for the payment. Since I didn't have quarters to use, I downloaded the app. The app didn't work. I then called the front desk for help. The woman was lovely and told me to come to the main building. I had to load up my laundry in my car and drive over - not a big deal. Unfortunately, I then had to drag my heavy laundry through the building to the second floor. Once there, the laundry in the main building had the same app issues. The app wasn't their fault, but not useful as a guest. I asked for quarters and they were not allowed to exchange cash for quarters. She directed me to the restaurant and said they could give me quarters for my dollars. Once I dragged my laundry back to my car, I stopped at the restaurant. The restaurant told me she was mistaken and could not give quarters. The waitstaff did ask the manager if they could make an exception. They gave me $3 worth. Luckily, one of my girls had some quarters so that I was able to do a load of laundry (I had more). I was exhausted after dragging my laundry around! BRING QUARTERS WITH YOU! This issue is not the fault of the condo owner.
5. If you read the entire detail about the location, there is a sentence about a spiral staircase. This should be bigger on the main page. We arrived and the only way to the second floor was to use the spiral staircase. This was not a convenient way for us to get our luggage up the condo.
The changes can be made to make the stay more enjoyable, except for the spiral staircase. The surrounding area is beautiful and I am sure the golf course is fun for those who golf.

Lovely
Bigger than we thought. All the furnishings were modern and aesthetically pleasing. The Murphy bed was reasonably comfortable and the climate control was good. The property is surrounded by natural beauty and you may see some deer and a bear. The only issue is the water pressure of the shower,it was more like a trickle. Owner's were communicable and helpful.

Good size for 2
This is a studio mountain condo about 15 minutes outside of Durango. It is upstairs and there is a tight spiral staircase. There is no separate bedroom (murphy bed in living area). The kitchen and bath have been nicely updated. It was a good sized for a couple. The golf course is beautiful and the pool/athletic facility was close to the unit. You are required to pay for use of these facilities ($21 per day) even if you don't use them.

Cozy
I just want to start off by saying this place was super cozy and comfortable for me and my lady. We picked up groceries before arriving, And had everything we needed to make our dining experience great. They also had all the movie channels to lounge and relax. Great place to stay at if your planning on going skiing as well.

Perfect mountain getaway!!
We are a family of 4 and stayed in the condo for a week! There was plenty of room for us. We loved having the option of using the full kitchen to make meals or stepping out the back door and eating at either of the 2 restaurants available! The condo was much more comfortable than a hotel room! The Murphy bed was just as comfortable as our bed at home and the kids loved sleeping on the futon - but there was room for more if you chose to blow up the air mattress. The condo is halfway between town or the ski area and beyond! Penny was super helpful and kind through the whole process. Definitely passed the link on to family and friends and will for sure stay here again when we make it to Durango in the future!

Tamarron condo, property ID 1305256, Love Nest 3
The condo is located between Silverton and Durango on Glacier/Tamarron golf course. We liked the new and modern style, hard floors, the beautiful bathroom, and the very nice kitchen area. Everything was very clean. For sleeping we had a pull-out bed (comfortable as a regular bed) and an airbed. The condo is a one-room studio, which was comfortable for a family of 4.
The location is very quiet and perfect for hiking or other outdoor activities. The keys could be picked up at the lodge front desk. For any questions, the owners could be reached via email anytime.
Overall, staying in this condo was great, and we would definitely come back.

High spec studio - not what we were expecting
We stayed in Penny's studio apartment. She was great with communication and the studio was lovely and clean when we arrived. It is finished to a high standard with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom, however, and it is a big however, the studio was not what we expected. I think that the advert is quite misleading because it does not show you any of the beds - there are no actual beds, they are all 'put-you-up' beds. The main chest bed was generous and comfortable, the futon bed was really only suitable for one person, the air mattress was incredibly hard, so hard that I had to put a soft blanket on it for my 5 year old boys, who would usually sleep anywhere. We think that it is misleading to state that this would be suitable for 5-6 people; our 3 children are 5 and under, and we think any older/bigger would have been pushing it a bit. My husband and I also agreed that we wouldn't want to stay there with other adults, as there simply isn't enough privacy. That being said, it is a lovely studio in a beautiful location, so if you aren't concerned about space/privacy, I think you will enjoy it. Be aware that Tamarron Lodge is a fair way out from Durango, so you miss out on the conveniences that Durango offers. Also be aware that there are no laundry services in the studio itself.

Great place, great experience!
Lovely setting and wonderful layout and design. So peaceful.
Only drawback - no operable windows. Owner might consider adding a storm/screen door to front door to allow for airflow into the unit.

Clean, comfortable, and affordable!
We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We wondered if it really would be enough space for our family of 6, but since we were planning to spend most of our time outdoors we gave it a try. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The owners were great to work with and responded quickly to any question I had. I would highly recommend this condo!
