The staff memeber at check in was great! The room was great for our needs, two small dogs and a child. It was as we expected. Fairly close to town (a mile or so) what you would expect for a properly functioning Holiday Inn Express. We were only there to sleep during a road trip so it fit our needs.

Staff was great. Parking lot and entry was icy and slick in spots. Went to breakfast buffet and they didn’t have anything left. They were under staffed for the number of guests.

Staff were wonderful. The room was very large and clean. Went to take a shower and it was not good. Had the water on the hottest and it was still cold. I suffer from RA and need a warm shower to get my body moving in the morning.

Very disappointed in Holiday Inn. More disappointed in Hotels.com. Once again, reality fails to come close to their rating. Got in late at night and there were long black hairs in the sink. I have extremely short gray hair. The mirror was dirty. clearly the floors in the room had not been thoroughly cleaned and the sheets look like they had been used too many times. I am so sick of being disappointed by this site
