Our two story, 4-bedroom, 3-bath condo features a full kitchen and large private deck. It is the ONLY townhome at Tamarron that is free-standing and does not share walls with any other property! Situated in the heart of the San Juan Forest, offering a secluded Colorado Mountain feel. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. A wonderful vacation awaits you in our spacious condo situated in the San Juan National Forest. Put your feet up and relax on the comfy furnishings. There are 2 private decks, just right to sit back and enjoy some coffee and your favorite book. The main level has a king bedroom suite, living room with deck and fireplace, dining area, full kitchen, full bathroom, washer/dryer and deck. The second level has a loft seating area with a desk, three bedrooms, and a full bathroom. There are about 8 stairs leading up to this condo entry. The huge deck off the 2nd level offers expansive views, ideal for relaxing or entertaining.

There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to purgatory on weekends - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot.

LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

When booking directly with Vacation Rental Collective, Vacation Rental Collective offers a Moderate Cancellation Policy for this Property: A guest will receive a 100% refund if canceled/changed at least 30 days before check-in; a 50% refund if canceled/changed 14-30 days before check-in; and no refund if canceled/changed 13 days or less before check-in. If you booked on a third party site (VRBO, Airbnb, etc), your cancellation is subject to their policy. We do offer travel insurance.
