An inviting fire pit waits with seating that is situated perfectly for watching sunsets and gathering in the outdoors. Very nice home with everything you could need for a great stay. Comfy beds, really well kitted kitchen (crockpot, blender, awesome toaster oven), washer and dryer. Makes for a great spot to explore the Durango area (about 10 minutes from town, 15 to airport, 2 hrs to telluride, an hour to Ouray, 20 minutes to Durango Train. Amazing views and a great common space for relaxing. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay here while in Durango. The photos don’t do this place justice on how big it is! There’s so much space throughout the house and there’s practically everything you could need while there. Our family of 6 felt right at home. Close enough to the city center and far enough to feel secluded from the world.

Excellent trip

A very nice place with more than your average amenities. Clean, well equipped and located about 10 minutes from downtown. Great views and overall super comfortable place to stay. I've stayed at many VRBO's and I have to say the beds were perhaps the best of any place I've been, especially after a hard day skiing. Thank you and hope to be back next year!

The property is beautiful with great views of mountain. We rented this property because we needed more space and it was as advertised with space for six people, although we didn't actually need that much because some family elected to stay in town in hotel, but it would have been great. very clean and beautiful kitchen and main living area. We would go again if we wanted to go to that area.
