An 18th Century country house set within 15 acres gardens & woodland. The ground floor of Hillside House features two spacious living rooms: a grand drawing room with bay window and wood-burning stove, and a light, comfortable family TV room also with a stove.
At the heart of the house is the breakfasting kitchen with granite worktops, island and AGA, opening through to the formal dining room. Additional ground-floor rooms include a utility room, boot room with laundry, and a cloakroom with WC. A bright sunroom leads directly to an enclosed walled garden, ideal for children and dogs.
Upstairs are seven flexible bedrooms arranged across two floors, including two family rooms with additional singles. All bedrooms enjoy garden and woodland views. A bathroom with a freestanding bath and shower, with two additional shower rooms, serve the upper floors.
The East Wing provides an additional bedroom with en-suite shower room and private sitting room/office — perfect for multigenerational stays or guests seeking extra privacy.

This place is unbelievable, my family and I had the best time. We were 8 adults and 7 children and we loved the location, facilities and sheer size of the place, the kids loved exploring the house and grounds and the adults enjoyed the ability to spread out and relax. The only problem was we only had the weekend there, will definitely be back.
