The staff were all very friendly, courteous and helpful, especially the reception staff and the young Supervisor in the restaurant, couldn't have been more helpful. I love the location of this hotel. The breakfast was exceptional, rooms clean and spacious, would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to my home town of Dunfermline.

The hotel is on an ideal location for exploring Dunfermline's ancient history sites which are all very close by. Slightly disappointed there was no information in the hotel itself. All the staff were friendly with the food being a highlight for me. Bed was very constable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

Very helpful and friendly staff, luggage storage if you arrive early. Great location for bus station, Abbey and Pitencrieff park. Quiet room -but if you have lots of luggage be aware no lift to second floor
