Tucked away in a peaceful residential area located right on the banks of the Allan Water River. It has a fantastic indoor swimming pool is exclusive to the residents of Mill Court. Walk around the beautiful communal gardens where you can find a peaceful spot, sit by the river, and relax. The property is in the beautiful historic and centrally located Cathedral town of Dunblane. Here you will find local shops, bars and restaurant to enjoy an evening meal and some lovely sites to explore.
With Stirling just 6 miles away and fantastic road access to Edinburgh, Perth, Glasgow, Dundee and St Andrews this is an ideal place to come as a couple, small family or friends to the discover the enormous amount of history around these parts. Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park is just a 20-minute drive away. Great for short breaks and long ones too. A visit to Stirling Castle and The Battle of Bannockburn experience is highly recommended. Recently refurbished, there are two bright and modern double bedrooms, a cosy lounge area with space for dining, a well-equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The indoor swimming pool can be found just across the courtyard in the other part the mill. Plenty of parking.
