One bedroom Oceanfront Apartment by Green Turtle Residences.
Stunning beachfront apartments of the highest quality materials. These single bedroom with beachfront, poolside apartments are located directly across from Apo Island. There is fantastic muck diving right in front of the property. The pool is clear water, no chlorine nor salt, cleaned by technology. The fibre optic wireless internet is very high speed. There is a second level gazebo lounge and grill center for guests to use. The separate bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a rain shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessities of home. This is a no smoking property (inside or near the apartments), there is no seafood allowed to be cooked inside the apartment (that is for the outdoor grill center), no parties or events and no outside visitors. This is a quiet, beautiful gated community for peaceful residents to enjoy the beauty of the provinces. There are only two apartments (duplex) per building. Both are ground floor apartments, one story high.
