This is an excellent location to the river and old city along with luxury shopping. Amazing location. The amenities are great but no treadmill in the gym….its ok though as dusseldorf is a perfect city to run outside. Nice bar and breakfast restaurant too.

Not a comfortable room

Was uncomfortable sue to the room being so hot. They took out the thermostat to cool off the room. On top of it being hard to sleep because of the heat the Maids are impatient and wont let you sleep in the morning so they can get into the room.

Staff are attentive. GF stayed in Dusseldorf and left a message for me at the hotel a few weeks ago. Was safely delivered to me. Attentive staff and just a wonderful time centrally in Dusseldorf.

This hotel was nice. Excellent service. The only complaint is there are air conditioning units in every room, although they remove the controllers so you can't use them. Great location.

What a beautiful hotel, and how beautiful is Düsseldorf😍. The hotel was easy to find, car park is next to it, our room was wonderful, and all of the staff were so kind and polite. Düsseldorf really does show off a rich German history, beautiful buildings, and such a vibrant night light life. I'm told over 300 bars😲 Breakfast here was amazing, the bar was lovely for having a drink before we went out. Overall a wonderful hotel and one we can't wait to visit again. Thank you for having us.
