Everything was good except for the room which was so tiny. Very little wardrobe space with no drawers in the room at all. Living out of a suitcase and we were there for 3 nights! Shocking

A few things to keep in mind when booking this hotel, in the winter the AC does not work and it just gets insanely hot in the rooms and you can do nothing about it. Also the breakfast is expensive considering you’re getting a Hilton continental breakfast American style. Hotel is 5/10

Ideally located for Christmas Markets.
Welcoming staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower. Good choice at breakfast. Good choice of drinks at the bar although sitting area quite small. Very close to old town and numerous bars and restaurants. Close to bus stops and train stations. The only drawback was the wifi which was somewhat temperamental. However would definitely stay there again,
