Really lived thus property inside the walls of Old town Dubrovnik. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed in a studio size apartment that was plenty big for two people. Appreciated the fact that it had a refrigerator, electric kettle for hot water and microwave and cook top, which allowed us to shop for groceries and eat breakfast in the apartment. One big bonus was the washer & dryer in the common area with free detergent. Our host was great!!

With so many choices in Dubrovnik I am truly glad I landed on this one. After spending several day going up and dow thousands of stairs in the old city, the location of our room at the base level of the old town was a welcome experience. We saw many travelers humping their bags up stairs and thought to ourselves "glad that's not us!" The rooms were super quiet, great Ac units, killer hot showers and a great kitchen. The nice secure lobby was perfect on checkout day to leave our luggage while we explored until our driver pickup after checkout hours. Can't wait to go back!

Great clean, modern property in excellent location - perfect when already walked thousands of steps! No steps to property, only inside as our apartment was on second floor. Quiet - somehow in one of the only side streets without a bar or restaurant. Double glazed. Some noise on wooden stairs from other guests & above but nothing too much. Great air con, comfortable beds, good shower. Apartment was perhaps a little smaller than appeared in photos but perfectly fine. Would recommend!
