Wonderful stay

We had a great time! The location was wonderful. The staff was superb. There was a heat wave while we were there so our room was very warm… I didn’t think to check, before booking, to see if it had a/c.

Situated overlooking the river Liffey, close to Temple Bar but not affected by noise. Easy walk to Dublin Castle, O’Connell street, Temple Bar. There is a bar in the hotel but we didn’t use it. Staff were always on reception, checked on an hour early. Room was clean and well equipped. The bed was super king medium firm and comfy. The shower in the bathroom was powerful and easily adjustable temperature

We had a good stay! The staff was great and very helpful. I really liked the little coffee shop attached to the property—it was a nice touch. The location was great, with everything I needed nearby. The room and bathroom were a good size. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Air conditioning was not working. Breakfast costs were unclear and we were overcharged. Doors to the spa didn’t open until 9:00 and we were unaware that we needed to go outside and around to access the gym to workout so we were unable to workout in the mornings.

Fine Enough

Our flight was delayed, so we ended up paying for two nights and only stayed one. They were very friendly. However did not offer any compensation or other amenities. Not sure I would stay here again as there are so many options in the area

The location of the property was perfect and it was a quality establishment. It's a great central location to explore Dublin. We can in on the red eye and showed up at 1030 am very tired. We were hoping they would keep.our luggage until the 4:00 check-in. They gave us our key and let us check-in on the spot. We were able to get a well needed nap in before heading out. Very accommodating. I would recommend for sure.

Walking distance to everything. Beautiful hotel, beautiful area, & an amazing staff, front desk manager, & general manager. Had a health issue arise & they went above & beyond to help my husband & me. I’ve never experienced so much caring, concern, comforting, & help that they all provided. I will never be able to repay them & will never forget them & the care & kindness they provided to complete strangers. You have to stay here. They are all truly amazing! Beautiful hotel with a beautiful staff.
