Nice place to stay to be near the airport. Walkable from airport. There was a shuttle, but we had no idea how to get it. On the way back to the airport, the shuttle worked really well though. The hotel was nice, rooms were a little small, but just fine for the night. The restaurant was surprisingly good. I had the Singapore Noodles and they were delicious!

Horrible Customer Service - Stay Away!

This was my third time staying at this hotel; however, it is the last time I will stay there. When I arrived, I was forced to use a kiosk to check in, even though I requested a ‘regular check-in with an actual person’. The agent who told me I had to use the kiosk then stood next to the kiosk and either typed in my information or watched me do it. In the meantime, 2 other customers entered the hotel to check-in, and 2 different agents checked them in - both customers were done checking in well before I (and the agent just watching me) was finished checking in. For the price they charge, FORCING a CUSTOMER to use a kiosk to check in is DISGUSTING customer service, particularly in that they REFUSED my request for an agent to check me in, even though there were 3 agents at the front desk, and I was the only customer checking in at the time. I will never stay there again. There are plenty of other options competitively priced in the area.

This is a clean, safe and conveniently located hotel near the airport. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes and the drivers are friendly and helpful. The food and beverage service is very good. There is a wide variety of food included in the breakfast buffet. An overall very good value.

This is one of the worst hotels in which I have ever stayed . On exiting the terminal it is impossible to find the sign for the shuttle .I walked around and around .I called the hotel .The receptionist was rude and obnoxious . I was expected to do my own check in as in a fast line at a grocery store .I would never in any circumstances stay there again .

The hotel itself was nice and centrally located to the airport and public transportation. The rooms need microwaves and fridges. Loved the coffee and setup. The restaurant food was bland. Staff was great but needed at least one more airport shuttle with better organization of tans route times
