Shuttle arrived a few minutes after phoning and was punctual the following morning. Both drivers were courteous and helpful. On arrival we were helped by the Duty Manager at self check-in. He was extremely helpful during our short stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good with ample selection and the staff very keen to assist. Definitely stay again perfect end to our holiday in France.

Poor signage in a confusing floorplan with long corridors & limited lifts. Rooms were standard but mattress was very good. Well located as airport hotel with regular & friendly shuttle service even in very early morning.

The woman at the front of restaurant on Friday between breakfast and dinner was excellent and very very helpful and accommodating. My towel was stained and outside windows need updated but service was excellent.

Generally I was happy. I had food in the bar which was good. My room was adequate with a tiny bathroom and the bed was a very small single but comfortable. However, I had very little sleep because of the bricks of pillows that are supplied. They are huge with no give in them and so very uncomfortable. To pay €233 for a one night stay without sleep was extortion. Management ... please take note and supply some softer pillows!
