If you’re looking for a basic hotel that is clean with friendly staff, easyHotel is perfect. Our room had what we needed and was very clean when we arrived. The staff is super friendly. They have coffee and snack machines in the lobby and a convenience store within a 5 minute walk. The Luas tram stop is close by as well.

The room was clean but very small. The water pressure was minimal along with the sink being partially clogged. It is a barebones hotel without any extras, no coffee maker or tissues. It is good just for a place to sleep.

The hotel is well situated. The check in was welcoming. The director of the hotel gave us a lot of information about the area, where to eat and what, where things were, etc. The room was big but there is nothing there but the bed and a stool.

Our stay was terrible, we stayed two nights and heater wasn't working, even when they claimed it was working. The room was so small and we paid £410 for two nights for that crappy room. But the staffs were delightful.

The staff was very kind. They allowed me a late checkout (subject to availability), gave me extra pillows when I requested them, and helped me get a cab to the airport. The tram outside was very convenient to get around Dublin. The property was clean and modern. It’s advertised the rooms are tiny, but I didn’t think they’d be as tiny as they were. I’m glad I was solo because there simply wouldn’t have been room for a second person. I only had a backpack with me and still struggled to store it. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. It was a budget-friendly place to crash, but don’t expect anything fancy.

Cheap and basic. Close to lots of tourist locations within Dublin. However the rooms are very compact and bed was not great. The mattress was very hard and we only had one flat pillow so sleeping was uncomfortable. Also it’s so close to the tram line that did keep us awake as they would pass the hotel every 10-15 minutes until the service closed at midnight. However the staff were very polite and friendly and the overall hotel was clean and well looked after.
