All together fantastic! Amazing staff very streamlined checkin, solid bar area and food. Breakfast good, location excellent for walking around. Room spotless and whole thing just interesting decor, may not be everyone's vibe but for me loved it. I'll put it this way typically a hotel is more or less the last thing on your mind when recounting your trips adventures, but for this hotel it is almost an attraction in itself! Cannot recommend enough good value eventhough not cheapest.

We loved our stay at citizens! The staff were amazing from our first meet at check in to check out! All the staff were there to help. We really liked the main front layout of the hotel. The from front lobby, dining and a room to relax in they were really inviting!! Our room we booked was perfect. Very modern.

The room was on the small side but its fine. It was very clean. Bed was comfy. I didnt have breakfast here. There are alot of cafés nearby. The location is a little tucked out of the way however it is only a short walk to Grafton Street and that whole area. Dublin is a walkable city so easy enough to get around. foot. Also Luas and buses

The hotel is lovely and clean, reception & bar area have lots of places to relax and is nice. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and polite. The only problem I had was with the room. No tea/coffee facilities. The bed is pushed up to the window so if there is 2 people in the room you have to climb over one person to get in and out of bed not very good especially for older guests. Everything in the room is operated by a tablet great if you are ok with technology but a nightmare when not. The shower was great although the sink is in the bedroom not in the bedroom.

Loved our room, clean and spacious. Stayed here for a girls weekend away and the location is perfect for getting to and from the shops, bars, attractions and restaurants. We like the fact that we could choose our room views on arrival which is often not possible or cost extra. Would’ve liked another duvet but apparently they weren’t any left as it was fully booked but the staff did raise the temp in our room which was perfect compensation for us. Although there was some it issues with the iPad, the Tv was fine and we could stream our own programmes/music from our devices if necessary. Staff were super helpful and caring. We felt safe and informed throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and/or stay again. Thank you!

The entire staff was amazing. Very friendly. Very helpful and accommodating. I wish I'd written their names down. When a room we were in was not warming up they switched us to another room. Loved the ambiance, dug the art. Very cool vibe.
