After traveling for 2 weeks around QLD NSW and VIC for the 2025 Christmas holidays staying in multiple hotels this was the cheapest and best stay of the whole trip, bed was super comfortable room size was huge plenty of parking will definitely stay again

Loved this room! Super clean and comfortable and the burgers from the Lucky 7 across the road were phenomenal! We were sad to only be staying one night on our journey south, Would love the opportunity to stay again and hopefully longer in future

The room wasn't cleaned we found dust, cob webs, left over cheery and cheery seeds under curtians. In the the mini fridge the freezer bit was dirty and over iced. And the room had no internet connection which we weren't told before entering the room.

For starters would be nice if front desk lady had bit of smile, seems she was giving room for free. I booked 2 superior King for balcony but balcony was so dirty that you couldn’t even sit. I called but there was no answer. We had to clean it ourselves (photo attached) so we could use for 3 days. TV Remote didn’t have batteries so again unusable. I called reception, went down but was closed so sent message via Expedia. No response. Room was spacious and nice but too dusty and dirty. We both got allergy reaction from 2nd morning. Cleaner came in the room without knocking while my partner and I was in the room.
